Our decaf blend is never MCM decaf, we use Swiss Water Process or EA "Sugar Cane" Decaf only.
Roast - We roast our decaf blend to a medium roast level making for a well balanced cup with hints of caramel and dried fruit. Excellent brewed as espresso, pour over, or drip.
