Bangs Canyon is our flagship espresso blend. The natural or sundried coffee from Ethiopia adds botanical aroma, bakers cocoa, and a variety of fruit overtones, while the coffee from Mexico adds complex spices, dark fruit, and a syrupy mouthfeel.
Roast - We roast it light for a Northern Italian style espresso with some West Coast influence apparent in its more fruit forward and intense flavor profile.
